U-Cut Flowers

A wide range of flowers including 40 different lilies are available for you to cut your own bouquet. Nothing like treating yourself to a beautiful bouquet of flowers or maybe you know of someone who needs a surprise gift.

The Jungle General Store

You will find everything from fresh local vegetables and BC fruit to preserves in our store. We have some local crafts and farm related items.  We serve lunch – the favorite is our smoked beef on a bun.  If you need a cold drink or ice cream during your visit you will find that in our store as well. 

Fall Amenities - Available starting August 21

  • Pumpkinator – 2009 was the debut of our pumpkin cannon.  There are regular demonstration shows throughout the day.
  • Corn Maze – Our finger fortune challenge is very popular.  If you find all five stations, your fortune will be revealed.
  • Bale Maze - This maze is easy to find your way through but if you follow the rules of no left turns becomes quite a challenge.
  • Farm animals –You must watch our goats navigate the goat walk or feed the chickens or sheep on your visit to The Jungle Farm.  The favorite is our super friendly black cat.  He cannot be petted enough.
  • Pumpkin Slingshot - This popular slingshot can become quite a contest amongst you competitive people to see who can shoot the farthest or most accurate. You get 3 pumpkins for $1.00.
  • Jumping Balls – What can be more fun than a large tarp to bounce your ball around on.  We have jumping balls for people of ages – I am not sure who has the most fun Mom and Dad jumping or the kids watching them.
  • Bull Roping - Step right into our roping arena – don’t be too scared the bull hasn’t charged anyone yet. We have had a number of excellent cowboys visit our farm and show their rope handling techniques.
  • Duck Races – The antique pumps start the ducks off on their course.  If you are the fastest pumper, you will win.
  • Ball Corral – The large exercise balls stuffed into corral panels has been very popular with our young guests.  The corral is in shade so Mom and Dad can join in or watch from the picnic area.
  • Scarecrow Factory – You can make your own scarecrow and leave the mess and clean up to us.   You are welcome to bring a favorite family shirt to personalize your scarecrow but all the supplies are available including the straw.  Each scarecrow is $10.00.  Come build your whole family to display on your lawn – or enter into the Scarecrow Festival in Innisfail on Thanksgiving Weekend.
  • Tractor stuck in the sand pile- This attraction was added last year.  I will need to move more picnic tables over to this area as the kids don’t want to leave once they get playing.
  • Forest Graveyard – Near to Halloween we set up our graveyard.  Come in to read the funny tombstones.
  • Pedal Carts – New for 2010 is our youth and adult pedal carts.  The track has not bee designed yet but you will not want to miss this one.
  • Pumpkin Barn and Picture Spots – There are lots of great farm and fall spots for family pictures.  The Jungle Farm has become a popular spot for less formal wedding pictures.  You will want to bring your camera to capture your special moments.

Kids are welcome at The Jungle Farm!

There is an unsupervised kids' play area with a number of wooden play structures plus our popular train and sandbox. Our trike track is still a great race location.  Gerald (our 7-year old) has completed a lot of trial runs on the asphalt track. He says it is awesome as long as you don't get going too fast on the curves.  This play area is visible from the strawberry fields.
